In a music industry where records no longer are the commodity they used to me, many consumers have switched to downloading ringtones for their phone as one of their sources of musical fulfillment. There are numerous reasons why someone would choose to download ringtones rather than purchase a hard copy of the CD. - It’s a great way to express individualism. There is no better way to express your individualism or display a little something about yourself than to have one of your favorite songs of your ringtone. Ringtones can say a lot about a person, from the music they choose to listen to, to the type of mood they have been in as of late.

Downloading ringtones is the way of the future, as CD’s sell less, more artists are gearing their music towards the ringtone industry.
